• Madam Exclusive Jewellery Trading strictly refrains from buying or engaging in business transactions with individuals who are below the legal age of 21.
• Madam Exclusive Jewellery Trading requires that customers assume full responsibility for the origin of any items they offer for sale and provide proof of purchase as needed.
• Madam Exclusive Jewellery Trading will immediately report to the police any customer who is suspected of attempting to sell stolen jewellery to us.
• Madam Exclusive Jewellery Trading requires that customers provide a copy of at least one form of identification from the following options:
  • Valid Emirates ID
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Valid passport, including permanent residential address
• Alternatively, customers may provide a copy of their birth certificate. Additionally, customers must also furnish documentation that substantiates their current temporary or permanent residential address in the UAE if it is not included on their primary identification document. Acceptable forms of documentation include a utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued card or ID.
• Upon payment, the transaction will be deemed final and irreversible, and ownership of the items will transfer to Madam Exclusive Jewellery Trading.
• Customers must also agree that Madam Exclusive Jewellery Trading reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to melt or resell any items purchased from them without requiring any further notice or consent from the seller, once payment has been completed.
• Madam Exclusive Jewellery Trading is not obligated to provide a reason in the event that we decline to purchase any item(s).
